Lauren Conrad Fuels Up Between Filming

Lauren Conrad picked up a cold drink and a salad after finishing a workout in LA yesterday. She's been focused on fitness and work recently, even combining the two during a filming session last week. LC was also in front of the cameras for a quick cameo as herself in BFF and Baby, which stars fellow fashion lovers Kate Bosworth and Rachel Bilson. A lot has changed since LC shared screen time with Heidi Montag, and while her former friend renewed her vows with Spencer Pratt over the weekend, LC got out of town and enjoyed the view.
