
Right, this blog is back on track !
Here we have the latest few bases of Tudor longbowmen, essentially rank and file to get the numbers / proportions right and to ensure that there is a good scattering of the Tudor heads amongst the total force of bowmen. They've worked really well, with a bit of patience and trial and error you can really get some expressive poses.
There are a couple of minor conversions amongst these; I have tried my best at a casualty figure and also clothed him with a bend over his brigandine for identification. One of the bowmen also has his archers sallet hanging from his belt.

Aside from a few more bases with standards the infantry are now almost complete, note the 2:1 proportion of bill and pike to bow.
